My daughter and I stayed 14 nights and loved our room. It had everything we needed. We especially loved being on the 3rd floor with a back entrance on the property. We felt safe & secure with the locked underground parking with internal access up to our room. Phillip (Property Manager) was awesome. If we needed anything he was just a phone call away and willing to help. Highly recommend Lisa
We stayed at Surfers Beach Resort I for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The 1BHK-style unit had all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to Surfers Paradise beach. Philips (property owner) was exceptional, helping us resolve a booking issue through Booking.com and ensuring we didn’t lose our reservation. His dedication made our stay stress-free. Highly recommend this resort for its convenient location, cozy units, and excellent service. We’d love to stay here again!
