Waiting 3 months- given a bad bill of lading #
Have been waiting for refund for 3 months, have called several times with no resolve.
Ordered the used turf over 42 days ago, had 3 conversations with different dates it would be delivered and it still hasn't come yet. Always something that comes up why it wasn't shipped at the time they said it would be shipped. Still waiting on the delivery and have had to delay opening for 21 days of the date it was supposed to be here. Needless to say, a ton of lost revenue due to their inability to get the turf when promised. If I could have cancelled my order, I would have and went in another direction.
