Extremely disappointed Promised tile delivery date not met...entire order was not received until 3+ weeks later. A lot of unreturned phone messages and avoidance tactics during that time period. I did not feel that I was treated as a valuable customer when I brought it to the attention of the store manager. If you need prompt delivery and good customer service, look elsewhere.
