Nate, Chris and Frank are incredible. Chris resurfaced my entire bathtub along with refinishing it and the outcome was beyond what I expected. My communication with Nate was outstanding. He never avoided a call or concern that I had. He was right there at the other end of the phone. Frank also stepped in when we needed him to check something out, that was unrelated to the job itself, and he came out without hesitation. This company is highly recommended and their work is simply amazing.
Surface Specialists did an excellent job for us. They brought our tired tiles back to life. They were prompt, professional and had amazing communication through the entire process. Nate provided us with excellent customer service. He was responsive, friendly and very detailed about the entire process. We're so glad we found their company to restore our tubs & tiles.
Liam has been very professional and most courteous. His goal is to do the job the best he can and to our satisfaction. Work is on our live aboard boat and he has accommodated our needs.
A lot of companies pressure you to leave a 5 star feedback and often they do not deserve it at all. This company is so different, so professional and high class workmanship as well as top of the line materials and outstanding warranty. I am so glad I found this company 😊. Surface Specialists did 3 bathtubs for me. The one in my house wasn't really bad, but the other two are over 70 years old. What a difference. I am so impressed. Unfortunately I cannot find the "before" photo of the white bathroom, but it was similar to the "before" image of the pink bathroom. Thank you guys.
