Great response the first time, but 6 months later the cracks returned in worse condition. When you call, you can't make an appointment and have to wait for a call from the repair man. (What's the point in having this as a contact number?) It took him 2 days to call and leave a message. I've tried twice to contact him since and no return still 12 days later.
Talked To Walter Today, He said they Do NOT want any more customers. Disappointing.
