Jerry is amazing on all fronts. First he’s very responsive to phone calls. He always shows up on time. He works hard to make sure the customer is happy with the final results. Finally, his rates are reasonable and when you factor in the quality of his work, you are getting a great value for your money.
Jerry was fantastic! We needed our sofa cleaned though we didn’t have much faith that it would clean up too well...too far gone due to doggie dirt and neglect. So, Jerry says “ We’ll try a small area and if your not satisfied with result, no problem, I’ll pack up and leave and you spend nothing”. Well, it came out looking like the day it came out of the showroom! Jerry was a super nice guy and honest as can be. We are so pleased and will recommend him to anyone who asks.
