The crew at Surface Prep are extremely helpful and kind. I was having an issue nailing down exactly what it was I needed for my sandblasting unit, and had to return to exchange product 3 times. There was a bit if a miscommunication from the beginning, which was ultimately my own fault. Once we figured that part out, they were very helpful in guiding me towards the product I needed. They have everything you need for abrasive blasting or finishing.
Disappointment is the best word to describe my experience! for 4 days straight I called everyday just to get a price and availability on some blasting media spoke to 4 different people all promised to call me back and not one ever did. I was referred to the outside sales rep Jesse he said " I'll find out and call you back" and that never happened several emails were left with him and the inside sales team Paul and Chris both said " I will find out and get back to you" yup never happened.
