Service Doctor was a huge disappointment. They ghosted me for weeks despite repeated calls and broken promises. I expect honesty and respect for my time. Front line customer service was rude. When I escalated my concerns to the head of operations, all I got was a dismissive "sorry you feel that way."
Service doctor performed a remodel/renovation of my office in Gary, IN and I am so happy with the results - Especially Mariusz (Mario). He was very detail oriented and had amazing communication throughout the project. I also enjoyed working with Angie & Dina - they were able to accommodate all of my requests and get everything completed quickly & very professionally. I would highly recommend them for any project at your home or business.
