Don Hayes and Bobby Kirkpatrick took my money and left me with and unfinished job and have not responded to any of my calls to reconcile. The day laborer they used didn't have a clue what he was doing. The floor was supposed to be smooth and there wasn't supposed to be over spray all over the walls and cedar wood. After he took my $1200 he told me I should probably just tile over it. Don is a great talker. Beware!
Beware of this company. Our GC hired Don Hayes with Surface Creations when we were building our home. We immediately began having problems with the colors coming up both inside our house and on our outside stained patio. Don assured us this would be fixed, no problem. Gave us an explanation of what the issue was and that he would fix it. That was over 3 years ago. We started actively "hounding" him in June of this year.
