I ordered a watch as a birthday gift for a 15 year old. I requested two day shipping and after a week with no shipping notification I called to inquire about the delay. Apparently the watch was damaged and should not have been available to order. The female I talked to said "oh someone was supposed to call you"... that would have been the right thing to do, but I never received a call. Such a wonderful store, with kind employees that put the customers' needs above their own. I love shopping here because the employees are so nice! The store is so homelike feeling, you just feel comfortable shopping there.
This store has a great atmosphere, a super friendly and accommodating staff, and a great selection of outdoor wear and cute clothes! Definitely a place you should check out if you're visiting New Bern.
Such a beautiful store with horrible customer service. Only one of the five plus associates spoke to us while the others were far too busy flirting and rough housing. It's disappointing to think of a local business losing money because of staffing.
Hoping I'll hear the next time a uke jam is planned!
