We use this car wash ALOT!!!!!!! With that being said, we add and delete cars on a weekly basis which can be confusing and EXPENSIVE if not managed properly! Today we needed assistance and ANNESSA was friendly and super patient with us, even with the cars piling up behind us in the line, she was sweet and never broke character while helping us and helping others. The manager Micheal is rude. Cancelling my membership after being a 8 year customer, the customer service isn’t it. I’m switching to Mister Car Wash which leaves my car cleaner.
My husband just got the membership for our 2026 Palisades and took it for the 2nd time to the car wash just to come out with a ding on the door
I came to get my truck washed ran it twice. I was disappointed it did not wash well but Chris an employee was so professional and assured I left happy with the wash service he even hand cleaned my windows. I hope he gets a rise so helpful and efficient thanks Chris for you amazing help!
