This place is a joke! We came from the other car wash in town thinking that they are new and will have a nicer place, but NOT the reality! The car wash breaks down a lot, the vacuum is down alot, they promised to have the car mat cleaner up "soon" and all these months later I am still waiting. I went to use the little blower nozzle and it scratched my truck when I applied a little pressure to the paint job. Poor customer service. I let clerk know it was my first time there .She didn’t even attempt to inform me of the different car wash options . I told her I was trying to read the descriptions as to which car wash I was going to choose and she responded with “ok”. She didn’t try to sell me a membership (which I most likely would have taken advantage of )..had she offered . Additionally after handing my card to clerk,she came back saying my card was declined . Horrible service they don’t even scrub the car and make u sign waivers and refuse big bills my car was still dirty
They don't brush windows or the car hood like red carpet does. Windows still look dirty. Still more expensive than red carpet. If you can't drive to Fresno for red carpet, then this location is OK.
