Best deal in town! The cashier was very friendly and helpful when I was trying to find which package to buy. No lines only waited minutes to pay, which was awesome. My truck came out 90% clean. I would like to see workers scrub vehicles better before they go in. Thanks for keeping it simple. Hopefully, other companies are taking notes of how to keep it simple.
When my family and I went to we were not told that the vacuum are not in service. We go to surf thru expecting a full service, our car washed and the ability to clean the interior ourselves. We paid and expected to do such and all the vacuum were gone ?? Unacceptable and the employees did not offer any explanation or refund and not to mention, having my young child, the employees had a bowl of lollipops out and my son asked for one and we asked for one for him and were ignored. I got the ultimate car wash and it did not do much for the car it was still dirty after going through twice. I think there is no difference in it.
This place is overcharging for a wash that’s incomplete. The trunk and bumper are still dirty. I’ll continue going to Belmont Car wash.
Incompetent staff and management. Car didn’t get clean. Better off traveling a further distance to get a car wash.
