I will be canceling my membership of two vehicles for the simple reason of how the pre-wash is operated you get no soap on the passenger side whatsoever therefore all that is happening is dirt being transferred from one vehicle to the other scratching your paint with micro scratches. Also the vacuums hardly work you have to jump from one Bay to the other Bay to find one that works I have made several complaints about this problem to the staff and also the manager and nothing seems to ever get done. Its hit and miss... some days it works great and others half the brushes barely work or just flat out dont work at all... but its clean and convenient, also the only decent car wash in red bluff...
