They are supposed to spray your car on both sides as you enter the wash. You are lucky if they do a mediocre job on one side. The car in front of me didn’t get any spray. The equipment is aging with some pieces tapped off. The only reason I go there any more is to use us a gift card.
Currently writing this while having waited 30 mins for any employee to come out and take my money for a car wash. Watched another car turn around behind me and leave. Also chose to do the same. Poor service? Talk about non-existent.
I have been using this surf thru for a couple of years. I have a truck with side boxes and a rack so they turn off the rollers that do the top so they don't get caught on the rack. Today for the first time ever they now want me to take the brush that I use to clean the top of the truck and the maul ax that I have gone through the wash with every other time. Also RJ was very rude about how they went about it. I backed out and canceled my membership.
This car wash is sub-par, I have a subscription and am not pleased with the results I am getting. Firstly I'd like to start and say that other people's 1 and 2 star complaints are warranted because I suffer from the same problems. I have to pre wash my car at a different car wash beforehand or this car wash DOES NOT clean my car. I pay $40 a month for a subscription that I am still required to pre wash my car somewhere else or my car is still dirty before I leave.
