This car wash is sub-par, I have a subscription and am not pleased with the results I am getting. Firstly I'd like to start and say that other people's 1 and 2 star complaints are warranted because I suffer from the same problems. I have to pre wash my car at a different car wash beforehand or this car wash DOES NOT clean my car. I pay $40 a month for a subscription that I am still required to pre wash my car somewhere else or my car is still dirty before I leave. We have the monthly subscription and I thought I would not use it enough during the winter, I was wrong. It is really nice to just go in anytime you want and get a car wash. The people that work there are really nice and helpful. Going to Sacramento as much as we do and driving past the rice fields with all of the bugs make it nice to stop by and get a wash.
