Disgusting car wash there is no towels no sprays for over a week right now. When you ask them, they say the machine is broken. When I went to the office I asked for towels he told me we didn’t have it. I said here there is a a lot of towels I see in the office she said no if you wanna get one of those you have to pay for it the people they work there in the office. They are so rude and disrespectful ,, I’m going to cancel my membership
Online membership first month is cheaper(11$). Looks like busy location, towels were not properly washed. One employee at 8pm cleaning the wheels was smelling like under alcohol influence. Update: The old dark guy was not friendly and when we asked for towels they said they don't have any towels. We paid 30$ for a carwash and was not able to clean the watermarks because or no towels. Blowing pressure was low too.
I just signed up for the membership package which is more expensive than the last one I had at another place and includes less at $32.99 a month and paid $20 at sign up. They didn’t advise me that they didn’t have towels because their washer is broken. The vehicle came out with dirt spots that were visible everywhere where the car wash didn’t come in contact. Seems something is always broken here. Sprayers inside are clogged throughout. Closed on a bright shiny morning. I've watched 9 cars pull in and leave in the time I took to write this. Some time later... well your open today but guess what no towels. Apparently your washing machine is broken. Not shocked at all at the point.
