I have used and paid SURF monthly since October, 2023 (2 years) paying $20.99 monthly and had no problem with the services. I had an accident last October. and decided to give up the car. In November 4, after they've charged my credit card, I contacted SURF customer service to refund the current charge of $20.99 explaining the situation. Surf refused to refund my money saying I am 4 days late in contacting them!!
