I just went through the location that I've gone to for over 3 years. I went through with the most expensive wash, came out and vacuumed my car then went about my day. when I got home I was looking at my car and saw a large scratch on my hood that wasn't there before. I also looked at the wash and wipped my hand on the car and it was full of dirt and dust. I was upset and went back to the establishment. I always get the best customer service here on Shaw and Helm. They all have smiles as they get your car through. Tori, I would have to say is my favorite there! She always treats everyone with a genuine smile and the personal time to make sure your experience at SurfthruExpress is unmatched! I highly recommend this place to anyone with a dirty car.
The equipment could not even get my car cleaned. I pay extra to get my maps done and the machine would not even give me enough time to get for mats sent through. When I complain to management I received a very negative response. More or less he told me too bad.
My car was still dirty and had soap AND water all over it. I had to track down someone to turn the vacuum system on. The parking area was nasty and had trash and leaves everywhere. No a happy customer ....
I recommend Surf Thru and I usually go to the Ness location but the Clovis location left soap suds on about 10% of my truck. The guy asked if anything was wrong after I guess they saw me taking pictures. You think he would have offered to send me through again. Not that it mattered because I have the monthly but what if I didn’t. It would have been a nice gesture. Just sayin.
