Went thru once and noticed a couple of scratches but thought nothing of it, went again a couple days later and more scratches. Talked to the supervisor about a refund for the remaining car wash was told to either give them as a gift for the holidays or I could try and call the person who deals with it. Asked for the number and it’s a person cell number! I will never go back and will not given them as a gift!!! Horrible service!!
March 21st at 11:36 AM I went through the wash cycle with nothing broken. Left the car wash cycle with a broken rear windshield wiper. I noticed that it was broken at 1:15. I called at 1:20, explained the situation and asked to speak with a manager. The young lady took down my information, and explained that a manager would be returning my call. After 2 years of coming through and being a frequent customer they have began to refuse service because I have a wheelchair ramp on my vehicle. They have always turned off the back brush so it does not get caught on the ramp and today they have refused service. They gave me the supervisor kirks number and he told me the same thing. I cannot believe that they are refusing service to someone that has handicapped needs such as a wheelchair ramp. My two wheels were damaged going through this car wash. I just want to help others so you don't go through this experience. They do not want to take responsibility for the damage of my wheels and the managers or owners had no remorse for the incident with my wheels.
Awesome car wash. Very friendly staff. Reasonably priced.
