DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED. Last weekend we went to get our truck washed. We have the subscription. They were very busy. I (the passenger) noticed that it seemed like we were pretty close to the truck in front us but didn’t think anything of it because we have such a big truck so it could have just appeared that way to me. Hello Roze, Surf Thru was not negligent for this collision. There was no equipment malfunction and Surf thru was not in control of the vehicle in front of you. There is nothing in the car wash tunnel that can make a vehicle stop. There is a sign at the entrance of the wash process with clear instructions to put the vehicle in neutral and no brakes. I really like the convenience of this place, and the employees are always super friendly, but this morning was NOT GOOD! I paid for an Ultimate and didn’t get it which means my car didn’t get blown dry at the end and now there’s water spots all over the car. One of the washers wasn’t working so the right side of the car didn’t get scrubbed and they’re running the cars almost bumper to bumper so the back end of the car didn’t get properly washed or rinsed either!
