I never had bad experience here. I've been coming here for years. Lately, staff is not friendly. They are not mean, rude, etc. Just cut and dry transactions.
I like the convenience of different locations. Kinda bummed about the 1 air freshener limit with my 40$ a month pass but other than that its decent vacuums work well. Ashlan location is clean and usually busy. Also wish the wet the hole car before going in but usually only get one side. I understand short staffed just think that needs to be better.
