This was my second time going to surf smiles. To be completely honest after my first visit, I wasn't sure if I was gonna go back. It wasn't bad per se. I just wasn't wow-ed or super impressed. Initially the hygienist spent a lot of time with me, and seemed somewhat knowledgeable but I was hoping for more explanation from the dentist. I called to schedule a new patient appointment due to a some tooth pain. The office was able to see me on very short notice. This office is immaculate and modern. The front desk, x-ray tech, and the doctor were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful to have found a new dental office to get established with for myself and my family. From the moment I called the office, Tatiana greeted me with care, personability, and knowledge about my plan, and I never felt rushed! Then when I went for my first new appointment, Taylor, the hygienist, greeted me with care, and she rocked it on my cleaning! Super sweet, funny, and her precision in cleaning my teeth was pretty remarkable. Dr. Mark was awesome as well, taking care to refer me to an endodontist to take a look at a past root canal.
