Love Surf Ready Fitness. I have been going for a few months now, getting ready for a surf trip, but now I am hooked and will continue even after the trip. Paul and staff are extremely knowledgeable about the body and the exercises have helped my surf shape and overall fitness/strength. An added bonus is watching tennis and surf on the TV and listening to good music while working out.
Awesome Surf Specific Workout Place. Danielle is a great Trainer and gives valuable tips for improving your positions/form.
Ben was the nicest guy ever and ran a really fun and challenging workout. Def coming by again next time in town
