Paul & SRF is epic. As a 40-year-old surfer, Paul has kept me and my friends injury-free and maintained my surf-specific strength, which I am forever grateful for. SRF has helped me prep for multiple surf trips to Hawaii and Indo. Love Surf Ready Fitness. I have been going for a few months now, getting ready for a surf trip, but now I am hooked and will continue even after the trip. Paul and staff are extremely knowledgeable about the body and the exercises have helped my surf shape and overall fitness/strength. An added bonus is watching tennis and surf on the TV and listening to good music while working out.
