We stayed 2 weeks at Hatteras Comfort #1070 and although we loved our vacation in general, we were extremely disappointed with the maintenance and quality of this house (mind you, this is our 3rd time staying in this exact house in 5 years & never had many complaints until this year). When we arrived, there were multiple issues that put the safety of our young children at risk. I absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. Property management was quick to respond to our need for outdoor lights. Overall this was the cleanest and most well kept of all the homes we have stayed in the past. We will be back. Thanks again!
We stayed at one of their properties for the first time this year in Hatteras due to the beach erosion in Buxton. We had a wonderful experience. The house was spotless and exactly as described.The location was great. The communication from check-in to checkout was awesome. The dryer didn’t seem to be working they sent someone out that day to fix it. The welcome bag was great at arrival! We rebooked for next year and cannot wait to go back. Overall, we had an exceptional experience with the crew at Surf or Sound Realty! ☀️
*knights at slavo* (update: the pet fee issue was handled. Unfortunately there was so much miscommunication from insurance and surf or sound. It could’ve been handled on a more professional level.) I’m not even going to disclose which house my family stayed in, because according to other reviews- it seems there are quite a few people disappointed. To start the trip off, we walked inside and the house seemed beautiful! It was pet friendly, so we brought two dogs (that we paid for) and one service animal.
