It's a very dirty hotel every time my granddaughter walked across the rug her feet were black we would give them our dirty towels in the morning and never got clean ones we would have to go ask at night and were always told they were in the dryer never got clean ones before 9pm every night. Very noisy too they let kids rent rooms to party would never stay here again not worth the $180 a night we paid
Stayed here this week and we loved it walking distance to the beach and to shopping and restaurants!!! This is our new vacation spot!! We loved it!
I want to let everyone know if u r planning a trip to clearwater beach I highly recommend SURF N SAND. We have stayed there the past 2 yrs and love it and we will be staying there again next yr. They was always there to help with whatever we needed even if it was a good place to go eat. So with that being said I LOVE the Surf N Sand and can't wait for next yr to get here. ���

We have stayed here the last 2 years an this Sept we be the third , its a great place and a real hidden gem,we love everything about Surf n Sand,always great service an very clean thanks to the staff you guys an ladies rock!!

Have stayed there several times. Love it! Very reasonable, clean staff is amazing. Close to everything! Will always be my go to beach getaway!
