Guy just screens your calls and tells you he'll call back in 10 minutes and the doesn't. Then my husband calls off a different number and he will answer and then hangs up and turns his phone off once he realised what job it was. Got recommend from budget direct. But won't take the job or give a straight answer. Being left without any reason as to why?

WARNING!!! SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS. Day 1 they impersonated AAMI representative and picked up an extremely minor damaged car and left a free replacement car. Took the vehicle to unknown repairer (them)and supposedly had AAMI assessor approve the repairs. Now found to be lies AAMI have never been contacted or engaged. 8 miserable weeks later were the car sat in a service lane in mitcham covered in bird shit and debris even after multiple personal visits requesting it be moved to a secure location the front guard was finished. ... read more
This business will contact you to provide a hire car pretending to be the insurance company. They will attempt to pick up your damaged car ASAP. They then do not respond to phone calls and it’s almost impossible to get your damaged car back off them. DO NOT USE THEM. MASSIVE RED FLAG.
They impersonated RACV Refused to answer any calls Refused to return my car to me ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
