Good communication from start to finish. They helped me with the insurance process which saved a lot of hassle. Repair quality seems solid so far.
Dodgy repair shop. Took them 3 months to repair my car and when I ended to collect my car they put the stolen plate numbers on my car and pretended that they don’t know nothing.

Guy just screens your calls and tells you he'll call back in 10 minutes and the doesn't. Then my husband calls off a different number and he will answer and then hangs up and turns his phone off once he realised what job it was. Got recommend from budget direct. But won't take the job or give a straight answer. Being left without any reason as to why?
