Room was much more spacious than we expected, we traveled with our toddler and appreciated the kitchenette and full blackout curtains. One window opens which was nice to hear the ocean at night. We stayed on the second floor and unfortunately the people below us were inconvenienced by our toddler's pitter platter of feet at 6am. We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row for a long weekend mid-September. The negative reviews surprise me because this is by definition a 2 star hotel and it totally delivers as advertised. Basic, budget-friendly accommodation with a modest level of comfort and convenience. Key features include private bathrooms in each room, in-room televisions, pretty well equipped kitchen, dining and sofa space, and limited hotel services like housekeeping and a front desk. Stay away from this hotel they work with hotel.com they are a fraud . They charged my account without authorization and refused to provide a refund once I cancelled despite having a protection plan purchased through hotel.com
Room was very comfortable and spacious! It had the Oceanfront view as promised! The staff, especially the manager, is not so accommodating and is rude and either I knowledgeable or have a deal with the local government! Parking is a very big issue and we were told by the staff where to park yesterday and we took our luggage to our room! By the way, there is not an elevator!
