Oceanfront was worth it! First floor oceanfront had a big picture window and a small window to open to the sounds of the waves and the breeze. No balcony, but I did feel right there - and staying literally stops from the beach, the property closest to the ocean of the whole block, was amazing. I liked the kitchenette: it had enough equipment to be helpful and was very clean (toaster, full fridge and freezer, two-burner induction stovetop, a few pots and pans and spatula and can opener, etc.). Great value & large rooms.
Had to cancel trip because of nor'easter storm. They refused any refund and kept our entire night deposit of 158. Have no sympathy that we don't want to risk ourselves or our property to stay in a town that may flood. We don't want to be stuck in town incase it floods and can't go home. Don't recommend.
Great hotel on the Dewey beach oceanfront. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Dewey. Easy access to the beach. We always have a great time here!
Room was much more spacious than we expected, we traveled with our toddler and appreciated the kitchenette and full blackout curtains. One window opens which was nice to hear the ocean at night. We stayed on the second floor and unfortunately the people below us were inconvenienced by our toddler's pitter platter of feet at 6am. We also experienced noise from the people above us which is more a building issue than a people issue! While we didn't use the pool, it looked like a nice amenity.
