Fire the girl with the glasses who was working August 18, 2026 at 10:30ish, when I first tried to order at 10:15 the girl with the glasses behind the counter said “I’m not open yet” in a rude tone so I left and came back. I came back later and I asked “are you guys open now?” and she was extremely rude and didn’t say one word to me, she was on her phone and went straight to the cash register and stared at me. Muy mala ecperiencia.
This is a kiosk in the mall outside of the food court . I was nervous because of the reviews, but Roxy was super nice. She wasn’t on her phone, gave me prompt service and helped me decide on what it is that I wanted. I went with the strawberry chocolate smoothie. I actually added kale because I wanted some veggies. It hit the spot. I just wish I had cash to leave a little tip. The credit card machine does not allow you to do so. If you value good customer service and a good smoothie give it a chance if your in the area
