I had an excellent experience with the service department at Surf City Nissan. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very communicative throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and completed the service in a timely manner. It’s great to know my vehicle is in good hands. Highly recommend their service team.

I never felt pressured to make a decision or upsold on things I didn't need. They made my visit easy and fixed my vehicle on time and the free car wash was a bonus. Typical salesman, misleading,pushy, and deceptive. Went in there because they told me they had Toyota Corolla and Camry, plus Lexus...yet tried to sell me a Nissan I didn't want or like. Sold me promises of leaving with a car regardless of credit history, no down payment, or CO signers. Dude intentionally signed up my friend as a cousin and then asked for 10,000 down payment. When I tried to leave he wouldn't give me my ID back and held me there arguing to get my ID back and leave. This place is shady
From time to time send good offers for maintenance, they are very profesional. Good coffee and showroom, customer service are the best, meanwhile the vendor talk about opportunity to get a Nissan brand new or used car.
