Stayed here for a week or two with friends had my car broken into also the maintenance guy Roland is very rude and prejudice... He hates his job and talks a lot of crap about the people he works with don't trust this guy
Went there to visit a friend. First time there. What is very impressed the neighborhood is very nice and very clean looks like rich people live there in the area. But I especially loved loved the Beach cottages. The ones with the front porch in front of the door and the white railings facing the street. And they did look just like little cottages they were so cute ! Wish I could afford to live in one of them they were so adorable.
Do not rent here it is horrible they are removing reviews illegally people are moving in and right back out on many occasions. Management can’t be trusted shady and unethical utilities are charged in rent and they read the meters so they will charge what they want it’s a nightmare I’m not just being spiteful I don’t want anyone to have an experience I had. It’s enticing so close to the beach but it’s not all what it seems and you will see that a few months in. Police called domestic violence kids screaming it’s just a traile... read more
Great location, onsite manager, and caring community. However, it's becoming less of a mobile home park and more of an expensive beach cottage park. Many long-term mobile home owners were and are still being forced out by high space rent and increases. Sadly, many of their homes are being absorbed by the park owner, then converted to park-owned trailer and space rentals or removed and replaced with prefabricated beach cottage rental units, all of which could be easier to evict and remove if a more profitable use becomes feas... read more
