Great location, onsite manager, and caring community. However, it's becoming less of a mobile home park and more of an expensive beach cottage park. Many long-term mobile home owners were and still are being forced out by high space rent and increases. I’m very happy to be able to call this place home going on 3 years now. Space rent is high and honestly think renting is the way to go in this particular mobile home park. They have everything a community could ask for and more. Only downside is parking; just because you have a guest pass. Doesn’t mean you will ever be able to use it. If you do end up renting here, I highly recommend getting a mobile home that has at the minimum two parking spaces in their carport.
