SureWay managed our property along the Jersey shore for about 2.5 years. The Regional Manager Ken Wolson was outstanding, consistently responding quickly and positively. Danielle Saunders and Branden Harris were also wonderful to work with: positive, quick to respond and got the job done well in followup matters with our tenant. We would use SureWay again in managing a rental property.
The staff is professional and kind. They made the application process smooth and worked with me. As a service member, moving is a nightmare. We have orders to a location and it’s on us oftentimes to find housing. I reached out in advance and they coordinated a good time for me to apply and it made moving across the US so much easier for my family. They’re also very responsive to issues that may arise that need to be addressed.

I've used Sureway for my property in central NJ for years.
