Doctor Ganz did cataract surgery for my husband and me. All went well. We each were told we had 20/20 vision. Hooray. We were told we could purchase our glasses prescriptions if we decided we didn't want to just use "cheaters." I tried to get the prescription now for several days and have been told they have NO prescriptions of us. We will need to see an optometrist..I'M NOT PLEASED and am very disappointed in the follow up care.

TERRIBLE BILLING PRACTICES AND POLICIES! Hope you all are willing to pay for services a year after your visit(s). And, they will have an excuse as to why it takes so long.....never their fault.
