Terrible company, I had to pay almost $6,500 when selling the house because they didn’t do basic due diligence. The buyer's I sold to had a good Title check company obviously and they spotted the ($6,500) issue from previous owner I purchased it from. Unfortunately, it was in the contract all the things that Surety doesn’t cover, water, sewer, taxes, etc…What’s the point in hiring them on top of the $1,000 I paid so now that’s $7,500 wasted.
