No Stars: Terrible exerience with this company. Bought a bond, got an email confirmation and its a week and still no bond. Called and no one was there to talk to just a message to leave a message. Left several messages over the last week and emailed for several days and still nothing. Seems like their out of business but still taking payments as if they are. Stay away!

I first contacted Surety Solutions back in 2017 for a Process Server bond quote. The quote they gave me was good. I had actually tried 3 other bond companies back then but it was Surety that stood out. And that's because of the really nice customer service that I received from Cryssi Brubaker, the Customer Service Agent that worked with me through our many email exchanges.
