Welcome to Surety Exterminating. Surety was founded in 1956 by Eugene Lynn, a founding member of the North Carolina Pest Control Association where he served as President in 1965. Eugene’s son Jim Lynn, a NCSU graduate in Pest Control and President of the NCPCA in 1990, has continued to operate Surety Exterminating with the same principles that his father and the NCPCA established.

Surety Exterminating Company is no longer under the ownership of the Lynn family. The new owner Matthew Stewart is operating without a valid license or insurance and all complaints should be reported to the NC Structural Pest Control Division at 919-733-6100 and ask for Richard Willis. Also report any problems to the Attorney General’s office. Surety Exterminating Company is no longer an active exterminating company.
No one ever calls back! The last “tech” that visited my house didn’t even sweep the webs from under the eves and to add to it did not even spray or treat the back of my home. Horrible to say the least!!
Missed scheduled service. Does not answer phone or return voicemails.
