I had an excellent experience with SureTech Heating. ***** serviced my homes mini split system, repairing and cleaning two indoor units as well as the outdoor unit. He cleared the drain pipe, provided useful recommendations to reduce condensation, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took great care in my home. I am very satisfied with the service provided and would recommend SureTech Heating to others.
I absolutely endorse working with SureTech. Not only have they helped me prevent a major flooding disaster by clearing out the hvac system drains and installing a float switch, they also have gone above and beyond to help my mother in her 80s replace her 40 year old hvac system AND helped her file for a tax credit for the energy savings. SureTech's people are professional, timely, and very friendly, and their services are reasonably priced and go above and beyond what is asked. 10/10 highly recommended.
***** did an excellent job even though he had a long hot day before he got to **. SureTech is a great company to deal with for service and instillation.
***** was awesome and did a great job getting the heat pump back up and running just in time for the hot weather.
Our unit was installed two years ago and every summer had random issues that were hard to replicate. The team has continued to come back and troubleshoot and was able to resolve the problem! It ended up being an issue with the unit itself and we greatly appreciate the team continuously working with us and believing we had an issue despite it not being obvious. Everyone has been very friendly and professional and the owner even came out at one point when we were hitting a roadblock last year.
Exceeded my expectations! Got there a day earlier than expected. ***** was awesome!
Not only do i use this company for home use, but also the dental office i manage, Sunrise dental of ********, super great communication, fast and very reliable. Did a new install heat pumpvat the office and installed a pool heat pump for myself, so happy.
