Great place to stay- convenient to where we were going and doing . front desk staff very nice and polite . However, I had a dog and did a dog deposit no damage was done even the lady i talked to on June 5th said that they were notes saying there was no damage but the manager would have to call me back because he handles that. - which is understandable. Today June 16th i still haven't heard from the manager nor have I received my refundable dog deposit back. Edit - tody is August 5th still no phone call no check.
Worst hotel room I've been to. Smelled like mildew and had mold in the air vents. Hair in the tub and animal hair on the couch. We said we couldn't stay there and had to leave and they wouldn't give us a refund. 0 stars for sure
Our reservation had more than 2 guests registered, we can provide proof showing more! He even admits it in video we took.Owner replied saying only 2 that is yet again another lie. Not your typical Best Western experience! We’ve had the best experiences at any Best Western how this place can even call themselves a Best Western has got me baffled. Horrible. Me and my family booked a stay here for the weekend, when we first got in our room it smelled like weed and dead bodies, it was so bad that we had to change our room. The next room we went to had a dead cockroach on the floor and a dirty footprint on the wall, and no, it doesn’t stop there..bedbugs EVERYWHERE my whole family including my newborn had bites all over them. Never stay here don’t even look at it.
