My stay at SureStay Studio by Best Western Pensacola was a disaster. The staff gave me false information about my reservation change. A front desk employee assured me I would get a full refund for canceling my last night, but the next day, the general manager refused, claiming the employee was wrong. If staff can’t make decisions, why are they misleading guests? The service was awful.
