Stayed one night when flight was canceled. Woke at 5am for husband to take me to the airport and cockroaches were scurrying on the counters. Husband came back to retrieve his belongings and speak to mngr who was rude, unpleasant and uncaring. Do not stay here! This species of cockroaches will travel home with you in your luggage.
EDIT: Reply from owner completely untrue as you can see they never denied lying about being the manager I spoke with. I was not aggressive AT all, a complete lie. Upset, yes. Never raised my voice at them nor used any derogatory language. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I booked a 1 night stay here via the Best Western app about a week before my arrival date on Saturday (3/14/26). Location was good, rooms are big and equipped with a nice kitchen but cleaning service was very poor. Everything was sticky, lamps kitchen utensil, dishwasher was dirty with a ditty spoon in it. Towels had blood and hair on it
Way too far to go to beach . Great room though. we had the one with kitchenette.
