Guys, this is definitely one of the few hotels that truly deserves to be at the top! 🔝 I stayed for one night, and the room had everything I needed, including a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The bedding was exceptionally clean. And trust me, you definitely won’t have to look for bed bugs or anything unpleasant in the pillows or sheets at this hotel. I’ve added this hotel to my favorites. Everything was excellent! Thank you to your entire team for doing such a great job and maintaining such high standards.

Hello, I am a platinum member with Expedia and Hotels.com traveling remote. I really like this hotel because there is not so much noise like in downtown. Excellent customer service by Monica at check in. Breakfast was served by Ely and Perla. They were very kind, attentive, and bilingual . I was also helped by Urbi , with some questions I had. The rooms are clean. The maids are supper kind. I will be back and I do recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay here was not a good experience. The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk staff was kind and did move us right away after we complained about people smoking weed under our room. After that, everything went downhill. The entire property smelled like weed, and the hotel itself felt very run down. The bedding was uncomfortable — basically just two sheets with a very thin comforter.
