I would rate this place a -100 if I could, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had being anywhere!!!!!! I had traveled all night, trying to find a room and Everything was booked so my son and I finally find a room here I should’ve known it was bad when I opened the doors and the cops were there. We was given Rm 232. The bed sheets had stains, pubic hair, smelled like weed. Bathrooms unclean. Gave us another room,216, same thing minus the weed smell. Elevator nasty, hallway nasty. The worst best western i have ever been to since we didnt stay not even 15 minutes. I reported them and they recharged me for the room after supposedly refunded me. I went back and they said they reimbursed me again. Well i hope so because its not showing a credit on my banking!!!!!!

This Hotel has to do better, it reeks of mold, the internet doesn’t work. When I told the front desk that the internet didn’t work he told me it was working on his phone and that it was basically because of my phone which it was not. The WiFi didn’t work on my laptop or iPad and someone else staying there told me it wasn’t working for them either.
