You get what you pay for! Hotel staff was friendly, but the hotel and the rooms, were outdated, old and questionable on cleanliness. Stains on the floors and the continental breakfast was cereal, a couple of muffins and some coffee.
It was cheap, but I expected more from Best Western. The entire place smelled like weed and mold. The room was filthy. The room phone didn't work and the number listed didn't even go to the front desk. The smoke alarm battery was low so I got to hear a loud beep throughout the entire time. Like every 3 minutes....all...night...long. It seemed more like a pay-by-the-hour motel. The atmosphere felt completely unsafe. The only nice thing I could say would be the two ladies working the front desk were polite and friendly.
Would do half stars if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE Bed had hair all on covers,GROSS, dust all over room, bathroom looked like it had been hosed down and not dried. Next morning, no breakfast. Asked if it was coming, was told "no we aren't doing it today" with no further details. Decided to leave, spent several minutes @ desk and nobody showed up so we lleft key on desk and called later to check out, was assured we were fine. The rooms were very spacious and clean.The staff was very attentive to our needs.I will choose Sure Stay again if I ever rent a hotel again.
