Definitely a one star hotel. Hallways smelled and floors warped and a trip hazard. Elevator was not working. First room we were given was never cleaned. Second room had a lumpy bed, suspiciously stained couch, and temperature in room would only go from freezing to hot. Coffee maker was missing a part. The only reason the hotel even got 1 star was that the employees were nice and apologetic.

Disgusting….back door unsafe and left propped open. Ice machine had leaked and dirty towels on floor that were left all night. Room smelled moldy, could be because refrigerator was leaking. No towels, toilet paper, or soaks, had to go ask front desk. Room dirty, sheets had stains, Breakfast in morning was a joke…stale bread, 3 burnt hard boiled eggs in the warmer, waffle spilled all over counter, no beverages, no syrup. Bugs. Terrible. Disgusting. They don't even care. There were dirty linens, towels, and trash in the hallway. When I saw that I should have turned around but I went up to the room where my key card didn't work and after coming back upstairs we went into the room and there was toilet paper on the ground and dirty carpets. One of the beds was missing a blanket and it smelled dirty. There was no trash can, gross bathroom, no phone, no alarm clock, smoke detectors in drawer, trash in the halls, and seriously sketchy. There was blood on multiple towels, dirty blinds, trash in the halls and down the stairs. Looks like vomit on the staircase. Sheets were gross. This wasn’t cleaned right or at all. This was one of the nastiest hotels I’ve been in. Don’t do it—splurge the extra 30 bucks and stay somewhere else. This is egregious.

DO NOT STAY HERE – A Complete Nightmare! SureStay by Best Western – Mobile, AL (180 W I-65 Service Rd S) I rarely write reviews, but this experience demands to be shared. I initially planned to cancel my reservation after witnessing multiple guests coming down to the lobby making serious complaints upon arrival — which was already a major red flag.
