I have to say that this location has been very well kept. No peeling paint or water damage that was covered up. Floors clean and in good shape. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. We came to visit for our niece’s graduation and we will be back for Thanksgiving and other family affairs. Lobby smelled amazing fresh and sweet. Possibly the best hotel stay we’ve had in 3 years!

Work brought my husband and son to Keyser, WV and we were so grateful to stay at SureStay Plus Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Mistie, our daytime front desk agent, was especially wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the town and surrounding area. Staff was wonderful -- friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Full breakfast in AM, delicious cookies in PM. Clean and spacious room, who could ask for more. Nice assortment of food options nearby.

One front desk employee needs additional training. All other service staff was great. Walls are thin and joining rooms are thinner.
