I've been staying at this hotel for over 10 years whenever I visit the Chicago area. I have ALWAYS had exceptional customer service. The housekeeping staff always keep the property clean and are very friendly. The front desk staff are always friendly and courteous. And not to mention the room rates are AMAZING! I hope the hotel manager gives the staff the kudos the very much deserve. Great job 💯

I’m currently staying here. I was woken out of my sleep due to people in the hallway. I called the front desk and all I was told was “they’re checking in, just let them check in.” No one should be obnoxiously loud in the middle of the night. And the front desk staff should not have rushed me off the phone as they did. I paid for my room to sleep comfortably and I can’t even do that. I will not be staying here again.
