Left as soon as i got the room cuz i saw stains on the bed and the room smelled really bad. Front desk person didnt give me refund instead told me to call manager at 8 am to get refund.

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Bonus for our family of 5 is that it has 3 full beds instead of 2 and a pull out couch. There was no road noise and we had a very restful evening. There were lots of amenities in the room, good size mini fridge with freezer component, microwave, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and coffee maker. Mac was very helpful and even fixed the eggs hot and fresh for breakfast, a mommy's treat.

Don’t let the pictures and okay reviews deceive you. This hotel is terribly run down and mismanaged. The room still had a layer of dust over everything, the fridge was dirty, and we found several pairs of old smelly socks and trash under the beds. We stayed one night and went across the street the next morning where we were told they frequently get customers switching from SureStay. We asked for a refund and what a circus run-around that was. I booked online at the hotel site and when I checked in I was charged a different price, at checkout, I was charged even more. On site manager said that the charge would be changed back to what it originally was, but my card was charged the higher price. NEVER AGAIN will I be scammed by this hotel. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
