Before I leave a review, I am not interested in an apology from the hotel. Apologies do not fix problems, but action does. First of all, amenities advertised do not reflect reality. There are no coffee makers in the room. My wife found a pair of glasses under the bed, which reveals housekeeping practices. Breakfast is 6-9. We went down at 8.(who goes to breakfast at 6am on vacation?) No eggs made, no milk, no orange juice. Real attentive staff?, No elevator. We are senior citizens! The staff was friendly, the room was clean but smelled musty, older hotel, but clean, nothing fancy, affordable. Great location. Not much of a breakfast but I don't usually eat at a restaurant just because . . . .

Because of the reviews I stayed in what actually was a dive motel.The last few months of us being homeless because I was too scared to come here. The owner is one of the sweetest men I have ever met.And he has been amazing to our family! It's not the perfect hotel, but the beds are extremely comfortable.The pillows are extremely comfortable.\nAnd when we need something , he made sure that we had it.
