For starters the front desk agent Nate was so kind and accommodating. The location is just close enough to the main downtown area, and is in a super safe area. The rooms are super cozy and spacious. Beds are proper. Clean rooms. Much better than other local motels. After going to a Portland Thorns soccer match I went to a convenience store and the attendant said they gave me a fork. No fork. At 1am got to the motel another kind agent at the motel was super friendly and was happy to give me a fork. Highly recommended.

Location of this hotel is great however it needs alot of improvements. Few negative highlights are clogged bath tub, dim lights etc. Not to mention very basic breakfast, least you can do is add eggs!

weird layout.3rd bldg only has stairs at the back. Dated but looks like it's getting upgraded

This SureStay is great. Great proximity to downtown, Portland State University, and OHSU. There’s a green space for walking your dog across the street. They even provide a breakfast bar and coffee all day. Stayed here for several nights and the staff (Tony, Richard, Nathan, and Jason) was helpful, friendly and were knowledgeable of the area. Parking is plentiful and costs nothing extra. Food carts are a couple blocks away.
