I met staff a week ago and they were friendly. I received a message stating glasses were ready for pickup at 16:44. I arrived at 16:55 to retrieve glasses but staff had already locked the door prior to close. The two ladies ignored me at the door. I made an attempt to call the office standing outside the door and the team members didn’t even attempt to pick up the phone…
Megan will be the only person I order frames from for my family going forward. She is very professional and personable. I felt like she gave me the space to shop and let me see what worked for everyone rather than pushing frames down my throat and overwhelming me. Just left my appointment and the staff was really helpful and nice! Especially Fiona she was awesome!!!
