Got there at 9:50 because my appointment was set at 10. Turns out they set up an appointment for you to fill out paperwork then you have an other appointment scheduled to see the doctor mine was at 10:45. I didn’t get called in until 1pm! Waited 3 hours just to speak to the doctor for literally 2 minutes. I understand it’s a busy office but they need to do better stop overbooking!
My appointment was at 10:15 and I was out by 11. The doctor and all the staff I encountered were very friendly. Great experience.
