The PA is the worst. I was in a car wreck. Told her about it and that my chest was hurting. She did nothing about it. She only did a Pap smear and didn’t scrape enough cells and they called me to come back. I did and now they are trying to charge me for the PA’s mistake. On top of that all that, they tried to charge me for a breathing treatment that I haven’t had done in 3 years. Be careful of your appointments as they tend to be very vague about what your appointment is for. I just wasted $25 for an appointment that should never have happened. I thought I was getting a check up on my vitamin deficency, but it ended up being about a weight loss prescription that I never got. This is because their office never filed the Prior Authorization form. I needed to pay $25 for the authorization and was never contacted about it until after I talked to my pharmacy about this (under this office's directions). Th... read more

11:54 & this office stops answering calls for patient & new patient needs. Also if you try to call during the SUPPOSEDLY after lunch hours they still keep the phones ringer on silence. Dr. Prasad should be made aware of how there office staff really run his clinic when hes not watching.
