Organization of team and excellent follow through on scheduling surgery with his team
It was a followup for shoulder surgery. I selected him because of his care and his whole team is just as great!
Recently had my left hip replaced by Dr. Nayak, 2 weeks out and never experienced any pain, tight, sore, yes but no pain. Incision healing well and PT in the future. Dr. Nayak replaced my right hip 6 years ago and as with this time I remember NO pain other than the tightness until therapy works that out. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nayak for anyone looking for replacements.
He is the second doctor I have seen with the problem with my knees. He listened, explained the X-rays, showed me a knee model and explained what he thought may be happening, ordered another test to verify, and explained the potential plan of treatment. He answered my questions, was not judgmental, and came across as genuinely concerned for my comfort and my health.
Dr. Nayak’s team did a great job. All aspects of my MRI were thoroughly explained.
The care was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging.My knees were in bad shape. Received 2 cortisone shots and am good as new.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Dr. Nayak and his staff are very efficient .I feel fortunate to have him as my Dr . He dicusses the treatment options and puts me at ease. Very friendly and easy to talk with and very knowledgable. My knees feel much better today !
