Staff Dr Gufstanson, nurse Francis Luis and luzma were very helpful and made me feel comfortable and cared for
I have been a couple of times and I have never had to wait. I have quite a few health issues and it is very hard to get an IV or blood draw for even the best. A lot of times I don’t get nurses that listen and they think they know best when it comes to IV’s. It always takes many many sticks for me. Nurse Frances is very friendly and communicated well, this ER took very great care of me.
I had an outstanding experience at SurePoint Emergency Center. From the moment I walked in, I was seen in less than three minutes, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Lily was exceptional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was causing my pain, what I could expect during the healing process, and exactly what I needed to do both that day and over the coming days.
