Surepaint office staff were very patient and understanding that they had to wait for weather and other contractors to finish. After a five-month delay due to rain, then a complete house re-stump, Surepaint Project Supervisor Hercules Snyman arrived onsite. Regular updates by email with photographs, and phone calls were ongoing throughout all stages of the project. I found dealing with Surepaint really easy. The company has wonderful staff from all areas: project mgt, admin and painters. Nothing is too much trouble and the final result reflects the company's customer centric approach underpinned by a sound project management methodology. I’d recommend them to anyone. Very fair, good quality work.

Be cautious with booking them for large jobs. Spent over $40k. Had huge issues where we checked our cameras and found that the painters had actually not done the number of coats we paid for. Plus they didn't use the paint brand that we were told and was in the original quote. They did rectify this when we pointed it out. However now a year later - I have paint coming off and defects (some of which they will fix and some of which they will not). They are saying its normal wear and tear. Taufik and his team from Surepaint were respectful and professional. I am super happy with the end result. My favourite is the carport. The communication from the initial enquiry to the end result has been excellent. No problem for Taufik to drop by and do a quick touch up after job finished.
