We recently had painters from Surepaint working at our rental property, and unfortunately, our experience has been very poor. Throughout the job, the painters demonstrated a lack of respect for our home and boundaries. They moved our outdoor furniture (for their use) without permission, repeatedly left their lunch items—including food and a microwave—in our yard after their breaks (which our dog then got into), and even entered our house without asking to use the bathroom. Very happy with the process, communication through to work done. Reliable and prompt service.
Excellent experience from project planning to quotation to completion. The "on-the-tools" painters were extremely pleasant, worked hard and wanted to do the best job for us. Everyone was a delight to have in our house.
