We have had the best experience possible. The buses are amazing, the Doctors are so knowledgeable and they all work together to provide the care you and your child needs. We have been blessed to have chosen GBMC
I went there yesterday for surgery for a hernia repair on the right side and everyone was very helpful and kind and took their time with me and. They explained what would be involved how long it's going to take and answered any questions I had the surgery went very well and um dr. Rotolo is an extremely competent and very good surgeon the nurses over there were all very kind and friendly my whole stay with for that day was very nice I mean I couldn't fault anything. The care, concern, & speed of the entire process was incredible. Diagnosis and treatment response were wonderful!

I came in with an infected/swollen dog bite on my left hand, my dad and I got to the ER at around 9:57am and we weren't takin back until at least 4:30pm. At least 9-12 ppl went in before me and most of them came in a lot later than I did. Than while waiting for a doctor/nourse which took another two hrs, I was finally put on some IV antibiotics, but than they took me off of It bc it was discontinued. So I had to wait for another hr or so to finally be hooked up to the right IV antibiotics and than they told us our room was r... read more
In and out. Everything done on time. Blood drawn easily. Well run office by professionals. Only problem....parking fees $4.00 for one hour.
Triage area and reception area need to be updated badly. Not enough staff to handle the amount of patients checking in. Emergency Docs and nurses were incredible however.
GBMC is a great place for Healthcare. The doctors are some of the best in their field. The staff is courteous , polite,and caring. Their goal is to insure healthier children, adults and communities. Healthcare where the patient is number one.
