WHY CANT I GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM??? Dr. Rastogi, his staff (Bebe and Iris) have been my place to go for over 30 years. Very friendly, family oriented, and most professional.
Dr. Rastogi is an excellent doctor, but his receptionist is a lack professional. She is working with unacceptable manners. She answered the phone and is in the front desck and refused to gave me her name, because I want to identify her to do this complaint. Today, she screamed me and talked over my conversation by phone and down the line. When I requested to speak with her supervisor she was refusing to transfer my call and down the phone again. Dr. Rastogi need checks and review how his employees are working disrespectful.
