I wish I could give a negative star to them. All they want to do is keep the money that isn't even theirs to begin with. I thought Mangrove was bad. This company takes the cake. They question EVERY bill even if it has all the info needed on it. Should be a -10 stars. Why would I want to talk to you though Facebook on personal information. Wish I could give a zero star because this company is completely fraudulent my company switched to them and I've had nothing but problems with them they will pay your bill deny it later deactivate your card so you can not pay any more medical expenses and then force you to pay them more money to reactivate your card whatever you do do not join this company they only care about your money and you not care about you and talking to customer support will get you nowhere they will tell you the same thing pay us or too bad horribl... read more
0 Stars!! I can confirm what others are saying about poor customer service. They were responsible for paying our medical insurance but the company they were supposed to pay has no record of them paying. When I call they tell me it should have been paid and they will need to check with another department. I asked for proof of payment but the rep said she can’t give me anything. Horrible.
When will I receive paperwork about being terminated from medical insurance??? This is bad business. Went to Dr n they told me terminated April 4, 2025!!
