The representative was very helpful and polite. All my questions.
The most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. They make up the rules as they go. I have been fighting them for a year over everything I have turned in receipts for everything many upto five times before they pay. Then they deny what other flex companies allow and tell you it is how Surency interpreta the law. This year I put not a penny into something my employer has given as a benefit we have had for over twenty years, because surency only wants to frusrate you to the point you forfeit your money.
I can totally agree with all that is being said. I will be requesting they look into another organization to handle our FSA funds/ our money. The nickel and diming. Verification on just about everything is ridiculous. Then to change the requirements for weight loss programs and medication is even crazier. Will never use this company again. Wish I didn’t preselect to receive funds this year.
My question was answered on a timely manner and the agent was very nice
