The employee, Ms. Joy was a true jewel. She was patient and very informative. She helped me set my the Surency app by walking me through the process step by step. She was so patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. She even gave me a training lesson on the app. I must say the Ms. Joy was a true “joy” to talk her. She is an excellent Surency employee and she represented your company exceptionally well.
I have had them once before and then I came back to them. They do a good job and very happy and helpful customer service.
