When will I receive paperwork about being terminated from medical insurance??? This is bad business. Went to Dr n they told me terminated April 4, 2025!!
Quite honestly I wish I could give 0 stars because even 1 star is being generous This has been the most infuriating experience I have ever gone through. My job just switched us to this place and they (Surency) have made it a nightmare to access my money. As a result, my card is currently deactivated and I do not have access to my funds because I have received SEVERAL denials. I have provided receipts from my provider, statements, treatment plans from my dentist showing where the charge came from, EOB's... they still continue... read more
This place is a scam. They make it as difficult as possible so that they can keep your money. They’ve denied a copay at an obvious medical facility. Think twice about using them.
This company makes it extremely hard to access your own money! I have the flex spending account that only I pay into not my employer and they make it virtually impossible to access your own money. You have to have this and you have to have that all these unnecessary steps to access my own money! You all need a better process! If I would’ve known it would’ve been this difficult, I would’ve just taken this money out of my check and set it to the side so at least I would be able to access my own money without having a middle ma... read more
